Behind-the-scenes at Ivy's Deli...ingredients are carefully selected, food safety is systematically managed by certified/vaccinated professionals, packaging is streamlined, and wastage is nearly zero. We hold our core values of honesty, sustainability & good practises to heart :)
 

Our​​​ emphasis on taking time to make our products allow them to shine! Scones, breads & cakes are handmade. And soups are slow-cooked in traditional French cast iron in small batches only.

 

We are also proudly collaborating with CHITOSE farm for fresh produce. And prefer dairy products made from grass-fed cows milk and use only extra virgin olive oil.
